Island Clumbers and Sussex Spaniels was founded by Brett and Tracy Ferris.  We are a small show kennel located in Knotts Island, NC.  Our dogs are part of the family and live inside with us.  It is not unusual for a few of the Clumbers and Sussex to be in bed with us at night. We enjoy showing and having lots of fun with our dogs.

We got our first Clumber Spaniel, CH Creswick Cameo Tie-Dyed Daze (Casey) from Julie and Bob Wickwire of Creswick Clumbers.  And our first Sussex Spaniel from Connie Holt of Companionway Kennels. All of our dogs are owner handled by Tracy and Brett.

We are active members of the Clumber Spaniel Club of America, Clumber Spaniel Fanciers of Michigan, the Sussex Spaniel Club of America, the Heart of Ohio Sussex Spaniel Club and the Tidewater Kennel Club. Tracy currently serves on the Public Education Committee and the Rescue and Placement Committee and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Clumber Spaniel Club of America.  She is also on the Judges Selection Committee for the Sussex Spaniel Club of America, has served as the Secretary and Fund Raising Chair and is currently webmaster for the Clumber Spaniel Fanciers of Michigan.

We are currently working on achieving Bodhi, Grover and Folgey's Championship. Tracy has studied to be a Veterinary Technician while earning her Associates Degree.
